This is the state stone of Wyoming, a brecciated chalcedony, where creamy and red jasper has been broken up and agate has filled in the cracks. It reminds me of an aerial map of the Canadian shield, as much water as land, all intricately combined! The other side includes brilliant druzy quartz!
